Track your order

Once your order is dispatched (usually within 24 hours on working days), we send the courier tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp or email.

Three ways to check your order

1. Tracking link: Open the link in your dispatch SMS, WhatsApp or email.
2. Your account: Log in with the phone number or email you used at checkout to see your order status.
3. WhatsApp us: Send your order number (for example ARO11025) to +91 86848-08700 and we will reply with the latest status.

Most cities receive orders in 2–5 working days; remote areas can take up to 7 working days. Delivery is free on all orders.
