Questions, answered
What makes A2 ghee different?
A2 ghee comes from indigenous cows like Gir, whose milk naturally contains only A2 beta-casein protein — traditionally considered easier to digest.
What is the bilona method?
Milk is set into curd, churned by hand with a wooden bilona to get makkhan, then slow-cooked on wood fire. It takes around 30 L of milk per litre of ghee.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, COD is available across India. Prepaid orders get an extra 5% off with code AROGYA5.
How should I store the ghee?
In a cool, dry place with a dry spoon. No refrigeration needed. Best within 12 months.
Why is the ghee grainy?
Granules (danedar texture) form naturally in slow-cooked bilona ghee — a sign it hasn’t been over-processed.
