We at Arogya want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (fresh produce, food items)
- Items on sale or marked as final sale
- Opened or used products
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7β10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenβt received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If youβve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at arogyaannfarm@gmail.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at arogyaannfarm@gmail.com.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to our address provided at the time of your return request. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
